Planned crop portfolio
Butterhead lettuce, red oakleaf, green oakleaf, arugula, baby spinach, lacinato kale, red Russian kale, and rainbow Swiss chard.

Genovese, Thai and lemon basil varieties, mint, and cilantro, subject to final crop planning and buyer requirements.

Later-phase development concepts
Atlantic salmon RAS and spiny lobster production are planned for later-stage evaluation, subject to technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, financing, and confirmed market demand.
Buyer-led planning
The commercial model is intended to consider buyer specifications, pack size, order frequency, cold-chain requirements, delivery location, and quality expectations before final production commitments are made.
